    Prior to founding RPS, Kabir spent 13 years at Softbank, most recently as a Managing Partner at its Vision Fund (where he worked with the boards of Flipkart, PayTM, Tokopedia, Coupang and Fanatics) and, prior to that, at the SB PrinceVille Fund and SB China and India.  At Softbank, he was also responsible for the Alibaba / Softbank relationship and continues to be an independent director on the Alibaba board.  Before joining SoftBank, he worked for investment banks in New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong, as well as for Samsung in Seoul. Kabir is also an independent director on the boards of PayActiv and Cargomatic.  

    Kabir holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and M.B.A. from Stanford University.

    Prior to founding RPS, Samantha was a Partner at Crosslink Capital, an early-stage venture firm based in Silicon Valley. Before joining Crosslink, Samantha spent over a decade as a start-up executive across various enterprise and consumer companies and was most recently at LegalZoom (NASDAQ: LZ), the leading provider of online legal services in the US, where she spearheaded all global initiatives and ran the firm’s UK office.  Earlier in her career, she was a venture investor at 3i Group, a global private equity firm.  Samantha started her career as a technology investment banker at Deutsche Bank, where she worked in DB’s Hong Kong, San Francisco and London offices.  

    Samantha holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

    Tim brings a unique blend of investing and operating experience to RPS. He has broad investing experience in public and private companies, both internationally and domestically. Tim previously worked at and and was an investor at The Capital Group (American Funds) and Janus Capital. Tim has invested across numerous areas of technology, including software, services, renewables, communication equipment, and semiconductors. Earlier in his career, Tim served as the CFO of a venture-backed startup, and he has also had engineering and operational roles in technology companies such as Schlumberger and Raynet (acquired by Ericsson).

    Tim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.S. in Material Science, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

  • P R I N C I P A L

    Nancy is based in Palo Alto and joined RPS in 2025 from Revolution Growth, where she worked as an investor for more than four years after business school. Prior to business school, she spent six years in equity research at Citi and Wells Fargo and two years in economic consulting at Bates White, LLC.

    Nancy holds a B.S. in Finance from Canisius College and an M.B.A. from the University at Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and is a CFA charterholder.

    Eleanor joined RPS from UBS, where she spent over two years in their Technology Investment Banking group, advising software and internet companies on M&A and capital raising.

    Eleanor holds a B.A. in Operations Research & Management Science, and a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

    Keeyan joined RPS from Needham & Company, where he spent over two years in their Technology Investment Banking group, advising software and hardware companies on M&A and capital raising.

    Keeyan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

    Rahul is an Interventional Cardiologist and Professor of Medicine at Stanford. Rahul is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Synchron, the world’s first full implantable, minimally invasive, brain computer interface. 

    Rahul holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University in Australia.

    Rishabh brings over a decade of experience in investing, operating, and advisory roles to RPS Ventures. Previously, he was a Senior Principal at Mubadala Investment where he led investments across AI, software, and fintech and played a key role in managing Mubadala’s strategic LP partnerships. Before Mubadala, Rishabh was the Head of Business Development at Group.One. He began his career in advisory at Torch Partners.

     Rishabh holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Warwick.

    Ben is based in NYC and joined RPS in 2020 from Elysium Health, where he was the first business hire. Before that, he spent two year in the M&A group at Deutsche Bank. Personally, Ben invests in and advises early-stage companies and is an investor in one of NYC’s oldest delis, S&P Lunch.

    Ben holds a B.A. in Economics from Rice University.with financial regulations both domestically and internationally.

OPERATIONS

    Sudha is the Chief Financial Officer at RPS, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations both domestically and internationally. Prior to RPS, she worked at SoftBank as an Accounting Associate managing portfolio reporting and auditing.

    Sudha holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from India and pursued accounting studies upon moving to the United States.

  • O P E R A T I O N S M A N A G E R

    Tiffany is the Operations Manager at RPS Ventures where she helps make the magic happen. In addition to supporting the RPS investing team and managing day-to-day office functions, she helps the team support the RPS portfolio.

    Tiffany has a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. Tiffany was also a coxswain on the Saint Mary’s College of California Women’s Rowing Team.
